Order Procedure

Order processing is from Monday to Saturday, 9AM to 3PM. Orders placed after cut off shall be processed the next business day. Once the order has been verified, Machtools Inc. will send a confirmation email to the customer’s registered email address. If an item is out of stock or requires advance order (7–10 working days), the customer will be notified through email as to when the product will be available. The customer can choose to cancel the order without any charges.

Order Information

Machtools Inc. reserves the right to cancel an order for any reason including limitations on quantities available, or errors in product or pricing information. If the order is canceled after the customer’s credit card has been charged, Machtools Inc. will issue a credit to said credit card in the amount of the charge.

Promotional Codes

Promotional codes are limited in nature and may expire or discontinue with or without notice. Promotional codes may not be copied, sold, or otherwise offered. They are not redeemable for cash and are subject to cancellation or change at any time for any reason.

Payments

Machtools Inc. accepts the following modes of payment methods:
  • Bank deposit
  • Straight credit card payment (Visa, Mastercard)
  • Gcash payments
  • Grabpay payments
  • Credit card installment payment (BDO / BPI card only)
Machtools Inc. assumes no liability for any loss or damages to the customer arising from wrong shipping and/or payment information entered by the customer. Machtools Inc. reserves the right to check whether the customer is duly authorized to use certain payment method, and may suspend the transaction until such authorization is confirmed or cancel the relevant transaction where such confirmation is not available.

Refund

All refunds shall be made via the original payment mechanism and to the person who made the original payment. Also, all refunds will be net of delivery fees incurred.

Machtools Inc. offers no guarantee on the timeliness of refunds. Refund approval and processing depends on the internal processing guidelines of respective banks and/or payment providers. All refunds are conditional upon Machtools Inc.'s acceptance of a valid return of the item.
Machtools Inc. reserves the right to revise its refund process at any time without notice. Machtools Inc. will not provide a refund for goods which by nature cannot be returned. Such items include those which cannot be resold for hygiene reasons once unwrapped (i.e. refrigerators, personal grooming products, etc).

Delivery Process

Machtools Inc. accepts deliveries within Metro Manila, and selected areas in Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, and Rizal. For clarifications on delivery coverage areas, contact our team at 0922-888-4402 or info_machtools@yahoo.com.
Delivery will be handled by Machtools Inc. or its affiliates. Orders will be delivered to the address specified by the customer at checkout.

Delivery lead times are as follows:

3–5 working days within Metro Manila from the date of order confirmation.
5–7 working days outside Metro Manila from the date of order confirmation.

Upon delivery of the item, the authorized receiver must present one (1) valid government-issued ID with photo and signature. There will be no release of items without the valid ID of the authorized receiver.

In the absence of the cardholder, an authorized representative may receive the product provided the following documents are presented:

  • Confirmation letter
  • Signed authorization letter from the cardholder
  • Clear copy of the cardholder’s valid ID with photo and signature
  • Clear copy of the representative’s valid ID with photo and signature

Machtools Inc. shall not be held liable for non-delivery of products due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to:

  • Unavailability of the cardholder or authorized receiver
  • Incomplete or incorrect contact information and/or delivery details

Machtools Inc. reserves the right to charge additional delivery fees after the first unsuccessful delivery attempt due to the above circumstances. The company shall wait for the customer’s instructions before proceeding with a second delivery attempt. If delivery fails on the second attempt, the transaction shall be terminated and all delivery fees and other payments made shall be forfeited.

You acknowledge that delivery of products is subject to availability. While stock information is updated regularly, there may be instances where a product becomes unavailable between updates. All delivery timeframes provided are estimates only, and delays may occur. In the event of a delay, Machtools Inc. will notify you via email and dispatch the product as soon as it becomes available. Delivery timelines are not of the essence, and neither Machtools Inc. nor its affiliates shall be liable for any delivery delays.

Order Cancellation

Machtools Inc. reserves the right to cancel any orders received for the following reasons:

  • Force majeure or acts of nature, including calamities, bad weather conditions, and strikes.
  • Circumstances beyond Machtools Inc.’s control, including but not limited to out-of-stock items, system errors, item detail disputes, incorrect images, wrong promotions, or pricing errors.
  • Non-compliance with order requirements.

Should the customer’s order be cancelled for any reason, a Machtools Inc. online representative will notify the customer via email and assist in processing a full refund of any payments made to Machtools Inc..

The customer may also cancel his or her order through the contact page user account. Order cancellation will be confirmed via email.

However, if the order status is already in transit for delivery, the order may no longer be cancelled.

Returns & Exchange

Machtools Inc. has a 3-day exchange policy. Within the 3 day period, you may exchange the item purchased as long as it is unused, unopened, and in brand new condition.

Please send us an email at info_machtools@yahoo.com prior to ship out with your Order ID. If your return item passes our inspection, we will process your exchange within the next 7 working days.

All courier fees will be shouldered by the client.

We do not accept refunds.

IMPORTANT: 3-day exchange is only applicable for orders made in our website.

Item Warranty

Guarantee is given to customer’s purchased unit by the manufacturer usually for any repair or replacement of parts for a stated time period and conditions.

Kindly ensure to keep the Official Sales Invoice for warranty purposes.
